This page explains how to set up a campaign where only VIP members (customers with a VIP tag) receive free shipping.
Since this assumes that the "embedded app is already enabled", those who have not yet done so are advised to refer to the "Setup" and enable the embedded app.

With these settings, shipping will be handled as follows depending on the customer’s status:
Guest members → ❌ No discount
Regular members (customers without a VIP tag) → ❌ No discount
VIP members (customers with a VIP tag) → ⭕ Free shipping

Step 1: Create a Campaign

(1) Select "Campaigns" from the left menu in the app
(2) Click "Create campaign"
(3) Enter a name of your choice in the Campaign name
(4) Set the desired campaign period in the Active dates
(5) Add a "Customer tag" condition under Eligibility conditions
(6) Configure the Customer tag condition as follows:
Select "Contains all"
Add "VIP" tag
(7) Configure the following Bonus Settings:
Select Shipping discount
Select "Percentage"
Enter "100"
(8) Click "Save"
