Tiered Shipping Discounts

This page explains how to set up tiered shipping discounts: half-price shipping for orders of ¥5,000 or more, and free shipping for orders of ¥10,000 or more.

Since this assumes that the "embedded app is already enabled", those who have not yet done so are advised to refer to the "Setup" and enable the embedded app.

Step 1: Create a campaign for half-price shipping on orders of $50 or more

Step 2: Create a campaign for free shipping on orders of $100 or more

Step 3: Enable both campaigns from Steps 1 and 2

Result

With these settings, the following will apply based on the total cart subtotal:

$49.99 or less → ❌ No discount
$50 to $99.99 → ⭕ Half-price shipping
$100 or more → ⭕ Free shipping

Due to the specifications of our app, if multiple "non-combinable" campaigns meet their application criteria, the campaign with the highest discount amount will be prioritized and applied.

For example, if there are two campaigns—(1) 50% OFF for orders of $50 or more, and (2) 100% OFF for orders of $100 or more—when the cart subtotal is $100, campaign (2), "100% OFF for orders of $100 or more," will be applied.

Step 1: Create a campaign for half-price shipping on orders of $50 or more

(1) Select "Campaigns" from the left menu in the app

(2) Click "Create campaign"

(3) Enter a name of your choice in the Campaign name

(4) Set the desired campaign period in the Active dates

(5) Add a "Customer total spend" condition under Eligibility conditions

(6) Configure the Customer total spend condition as follows:

Select "is grater than or equal to"
Enter "50"

(7) Configure the following Bonus Settings:

Select Shipping discount
Select "Percentage"
Enter "50"

(8) Don't check any of the combination of discounts

(9) Click "Save"

Step 2: Create a campaign for free shipping on orders of $100 or more

(1) Select "Campaigns" from the left menu in the app

(2) Click "Create campaign"

(3) Enter a name of your choice in the Campaign name

(4) Set the desired campaign period in the Active dates

(5) Add a "Customer total spend" condition under Eligibility conditions

(6) Configure the Customer total spend condition as follows:

Select "is grater than or equal to"
Enter "100"

(7) Configure the following Bonus Settings:

Select Shipping discount
Select "Percentage"
Enter "100"

(8) Don't check any of the combination of discounts

(9) Click "Save"

Step 3: Enable both campaigns from Steps 1 and 2

(1) Open the Campaigns

(2) Check the campaign created in steps 1-2

(3) Click "Set as active"
