  • Order discount: Discounts the Cart subtotal price.

  • Product discount: Discounts the price of specific products.

  • Shipping discount: Discounts the shipping cost of the order.

• Method of application

  • Manual: Apply discount by entering a discount code after meeting conditions.

  • Automatic: Discount is applied automatically when conditions are met.

  • Customer tag

  • Customer metafield

  • Customer total order count

• Gift type

  • Simple gift: Distributes a specific gift product.

  • Choice gift: Allows customers to choose from multiple gift products.

  • Repeatable gift: Distributes gift products every time conditions are met.

• You can create up to 50 Discount campaigns (including a maximum of 25 automatic discounts).

• You can create up to 50 Gift campaigns.

• Please perform all campaign operations, such as creating, editing, deleting, or changing Status, within the app's administration screen.

• For discounts generated by the app, please do not change the status or delete them via Shopify's standard discount management screen.

• Managing campaigns through Shopify's standard interface may lead to data inconsistency, which could cause the app to malfunction. Please ensure all operations are conducted through the app.

• Gift functionality only supports orders placed via the Cart button on the Online store.

• Supported: Online store

• Not Supported: Shop App, Shopify POS, Buy Button, and other sales channels outside of the Online store.

Discount campaign

• Supported: Cart button, Dynamic checkout button (automatic discounts only)

Gift campaign

• Supported: Cart button

• Not Supported: Dynamic checkout button, cart buttons provided by third-party apps, adding to cart via automated emails like abandoned checkout emails, or any other method not involving the Online store's cart button.
