Possible Reasons for Non-Distribution of Gifts
To use this app, you must be subscribed to the Lite plan.
Please note that even if you are using a development store, a subscription to the Lite plan is still required.
In this case, please check in the live environment.
Product previews only show the state at the time you press the preview button. Therefore, changes made to settings will not be reflected on the preview page after refreshing the browser.
Access the theme editor of your Shopify theme and check if the embedded app for our application is enabled.
If it is not enabled, please refer to the "Initial Setup" section of the help page to enable the embedded app and check again.
Check the status of the relevant campaign on the campaign list screen.
If the status is "Draft," change it to "Active" and check again.
Please verify the conditions set for the relevant campaign.
Ensure that it meets the conditions and check again.
If the product designated for distribution (the product set as a benefit in the gift campaign) is out of stock, gifts cannot be distributed.
Additionally, if the setting is "Do not track inventory," gifts cannot be distributed if the stock was at 0 before the setting was implemented.
In this case, please add stock for the products to be distributed and check again.
Check the status of the gift product in Shopify's product management. If it is in draft status, it cannot be distributed.
In this case, please switch the status of the gift product to "Active" and check again.
This app only supports the online store.
Therefore, if you attempt to purchase from other Shopify apps or Buy Button, gifts cannot be distributed.
Due to Shopify's caching feature, it may take some time to reflect changes.
