This page explains the Pricing plans for RuffRuff Order Bonus.

We offer a single "Light Plan" that grants full access to all features.

• Monthly Billing: $9 USD per month (Billed every 30 days).

• Annual Billing: $90 USD per year (Equivalent to 2 months free compared to monthly billing).

Duration and Costs

• Duration: 3-day Free trial for all plans.

• Cost: The monthly fee is free during the trial period.

• Post-Trial Behavior: You will be automatically charged the monthly fee once the trial period ends.

How to Confirm

Please navigate to Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels. If you see "Free trial" next to the app name, your trial is currently active.

Fees and Enrollment

This is a special rule for development stores created via a Partner account (excluding Plus stores).

• Cost: Free for all plans.

• Features: All features are available for testing without any restrictions.

• Enrollment: Access the Pricing page and click Select Plan for the plan you wish to use (all plans can be contracted for free).

[!CAUTION] Timing of Contract Termination The free plan will be automatically canceled when the development store is "Launched" or when "Ownership is transferred." To continue using the app after launch or transfer, you must re-enroll in a plan.

If you wish to test the app in a Shopify Plus staging environment, we will issue a dedicated URL for a free contract. Please contact us with the following details.

Procedure:

1. Install the app on both the Production and Staging environments of your Plus store.

2. Request the dedicated URL via the contact form, including the following information:

   • Production Store ID (e.g., XXXXX.myshopify.com)

   • Staging Store ID (e.g., XXXXX.myshopify.com)

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription or terminate use of the service, please uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app will automatically cancel your pricing plan contract.

Upon Uninstallation

• All features will become unavailable immediately.

• All registered data (Campaigns, Gift products, and Discounts) will be permanently deleted.

Important Note

Repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling the app within a short period may result in data inconsistency and lead to a Server error.
