Campaign overview
(Discount campaign)

This section explains the "Campaign overview" within Discount campaigns.

Method

You can select the discount application Method from the following two options:

• Automatic: Discount applies automatically when conditions are met.

• Manual: Discount applies when conditions are met and the Customer enters the Discount code.

Campaign name

An arbitrary name for managing the campaign within the app. It is not displayed to Customers.

Discount title (or Discount code)

The coupon code displayed in the Cart or Checkout page when the discount is applied. It is displayed to Customers.

• The Method can only be selected when creating a new campaign (or duplicating one). It cannot be changed when editing.

• Discount title can only be set when Automatic is selected.

• Discount code can only be set when Manual is selected.

Specifications for Automatic

• Discount applies automatically when conditions are met.

• Discount applies on Online store, Buy Button, and Shopify POS.

• "Maximum campaign uses" cannot be set.

Specifications for Manual

• Discount applies when conditions are met and the Customer enters the coupon code.

• Discount applies on Online store and Shopify POS.

• You can set "Maximum campaign uses".

• The coupon code can be copied using the button within the Widget.
