To use the app, a Light Plan subscription is required.
Note: Please note that a Light Plan contract is also necessary when using the development store.
In the above cases, please confirm in the production environment. Product preview only shows the state at the moment the preview button is pressed. Therefore, please be aware that even if you refresh the browser after changing settings, the changes will not be reflected on the preview page.
Access the theme editor of your Shopify theme and verify if the embedded app is enabled. If it is not enabled, please refer to the "Setup" section in the help page to enable the embedded app and check again.
Check the status of the relevant campaign from the campaign list. If the status is "Draft", change it to "Active" and verify again.
Please review the conditions set in the specific campaign. Confirm that the conditions are met.
When Shopify standard features or discounts from other apps exist, another discount may be prioritized. If you want to combine multiple discounts, please check the configuration method.
The app allows setting a maximum usage limit for campaigns. If a maximum usage limit is set, verify that you have not exceeded the usage count.
